Thursday 25th June is confirmed as decision day for planning application 014/00643, land adjoining Conningsby Drive. The planning committee meets at 2pm in The Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcs, WR10 1PT. It is anticipated that a site visit will take place beforehand.
It is item 9, third on the agenda, with a recommendation for approval for 25 homes (outline planning permission). View the associated paper for more information.
Local councillor Tony Rowley is on the planning committee. As last month, Councillors Val Wood and Charles Tucker are likely to have an opportunity to express their views on the development, this time fresh from a site viewing.
